Olaf BlomerusComment

As I'm working away at making Hello World better & better, the STORYHIVE cut has received 6 Rosie nominations from AMPIA! SIX!!

To fill all non-Albertan/Canadians in:

Alberta Media Production Industries Association (AMPIA) is a non-profit professional association incorporated in 1973. At its inception, its mandate was to support the independent motion picture industry as a viable economic and cultural force within the Province of Alberta. Since that time, the media industry in Canada and the world has changed dramatically and AMPIA continues to play an important role in the media production industry in Alberta.

The Alberta Film & Television Awards (The Rosies) is the annual gala for the Alberta industry, bringing the community together to honour and celebrate the best in production. Guests will enjoy dinner, live entertainment and celebrity guests at the Shaw Conference Centre in Edmonton as we present over fifty Rosie Awards recognizing excellence in all aspects of screen-based content.

Hello World is up for Best Short Production, Best Editing, Best VFX, Best Cinematographer, Best Score & Best Writing!!

I'm beyond grateful for the recognition and couldn't have done it without the support of so many (including the most understanding wife ever!). So my deepest and humblest thanks to all of you!

The awards are handed out on May 23rd so stay tuned and wish us luck.
