The creative brief called for a HEX Object that character's in a fictitious film would use to navigate complex amounts of data to circumnavigate the globe. Rather than create only the graphical construct for which these characters would engage, below is the representation of a tangible device the characters could interact with, hold and carry throughout the film. Distilling complex information from the core element to a user friendly set of geographical position system coordinates on the outer edge.

Alien in origin.
